About Mid-Columbia Partnership Program
Mid-Columbia Partnership (MCP) is a public education program in Kennewick School District that partners with families to support student learning in a flexible, family-friendly environment. We serve students in Kindergarten through 12th grade with two learning options: our Partnership and Online Learning Program.
